-Responsible for ensuring Technical Team follows requirements, change and release

management process.

-Develop and report PM related metrics to show gaps, root cause, and define process

improvements.

-Create Project Charter, define project scope, timelines & resource planning.

-To create project plan and managing risks.

-Create Work Break down structure, assign resources and tracks progress.

-Track and manage resource allocation and utilization across various phases.

-Lead Technical Projects with deliverable, deadlines, and key milestones.

-Lead technical discussions with stake holders and internal teams and resolve road blocks.

-Facilitate defining technical requirements and various business needs related to product features and integration.

-Maintain Product Backlog, define sprints / iterations, prioritizes User requirements anddefine release plan.

-Develop and work with Budgets, Business Requirements, and Technical requirements.

-Report progress update.

-Present ideas and product scope to internal and external audiences.

-Lead teams around product development and enhancements.

-Ability to get industry leading solutions to market efficiently and effectively.

-Work with various technology teams to complete and manage project estimates.

-Learning technologies involved in the project, follows best practices and coding standards.

-Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving. Uses discretion in identifying and resolving complex problems and assignments.
