Position Summary 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ASP.NET Developer with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications using Microsoft technologies. This role requires a passion for coding, problem-solving, and building high-quality software solutions using the latest frameworks and tools. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, test, and maintain ASP.NET web applications following industry best practices. 

• Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance phases of the software development lifecycle. 

• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code adhering to coding standards. 

• Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks as required. 

• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring quality and efficiency. 

• Monitor project execution and contribute to process improvement initiatives. 

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance technical expertise. 

• Ensure optimal application performance, scalability, and maintainability. 

 

Required Skills, Education & Experience 

• Proficiency in VB.NET / C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and AJAX. 

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. 

• Hands-on experience with design and architectural patterns. 

• Knowledge of concurrency patterns and multi-threaded applications. 

• Experience with web services (ASMX/WCF) and CSS is preferred. 

• Proficient in MS SQL Server, including SSIS, SSRS, stored procedures, views, and database schema design. 

• Understanding of .NET Framework 3.5 or higher. 

• Strong SQL development skills. 

• Familiarity with Common Language Runtime (CLR) concepts and performance optimization techniques. 

• Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing platforms. 

• Proficient in version control systems such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial. 

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech) in Computer Science or Information Technology. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
