Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated BBA/MBA freshers to join our team as Management Trainees. This role offers exposure across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support, and CRM Management, providing a strong foundation for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Support sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
• Track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions through CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and client requirements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Prepare reports and dashboards using CRM and internal tools

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA (Freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Engagement
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
