Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CRM, Lead Generation & Business Development)

Qualification: BBA / MBA (Preferred) 

Job Summary 

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling CRM systems, generating leads, and supporting business development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmen 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner  

  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems accurately  

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms  

  • Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities  

  • Support business development activities by identifying potential clients and opportunities 

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns  

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and tracking their performance  

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction  

  • Prepare reports on customer interactions, leads, and conversion metrics  

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary  

 

Required Skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities  

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)  

  • Good knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales funnel  

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively  

  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail  

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • BBA / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field  

  • Prior internship or experience in customer support, sales, or marketing roles  

  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools
