Position Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This includes prospecting for new clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals with domestic and international clients.
The BDM will plan and execute persuasive sales strategies, establish rapport with clients, and set achievable sales targets while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international software development and outsourcing market.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and other outreach methods.
Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Manage and nurture relationships with clients and partners, including CXO-level executives at global enterprises.
Handle the entire business development lifecycle — from lead generation and proposal submission to deal closure.
Manage bidding activities on international portals and oversee bid management processes.
Negotiate and finalize business contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational capabilities.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times.
Strategize and execute plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Demonstrate sound understanding of PHP, .NET, Android, and iOS technologies to communicate effectively with clients.
Contribute to the development and execution of the global business strategy.
