Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and integrating front-end components into the overall application. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of both back-end and front-end development principles. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP modules. 

• Integrate user-facing elements created by front-end developers into the application. 

• Design and manage databases and data storage solutions. 

• Identify and resolve complex performance and architectural challenges. 

• Implement robust security and data protection measures. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. 

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Strong proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, WordPress, CodeIgniter, Magento, or Joomla. 

• Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and object-oriented programming in PHP. 

• Working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. 

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and writing optimized queries. 

• Understanding of synchronous PHP behavior and platform-specific limitations. 

• Experience with authentication and authorization across systems and servers. 

• Knowledge of web security best practices and common PHP vulnerabilities. 

• Ability to create and manage database schemas that support business processes. 

• Proficient in version control systems such as Git or SVN. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.E./B.Tech./MCA) in Computer Science or Information Technology.
